2. Free Audit Requests

Our 90-second tracking audit is provided free of charge. Submitting your domain or contact details via our audit form does not obligate you to purchase paid services, nor does it create a binding management contract. Audit results are derived from publicly accessible tracking tags and information provided by you.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable Luminar Link to deliver setup and optimization services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide standard administrative or manager-level access to relevant Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or website backend properties as required.
• Maintain an active, funded payment method directly with Google for all ad spend.
• Ensure that all business licenses, service offerings, and claims made in ad campaigns are accurate, legal, and compliant with local regulations.

4. Ad Spend & Agency Fees

Management fees charged by Luminar Link cover our agency setup, tracking, and optimization services. These fees are entirely separate from the ad spend budget billed directly to you by advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads). Ad spend payments made directly to ad networks are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary assets on luminarlink.com—including company branding, dynamic SVG vector designs, tracking scripts, website copy, and layout architecture—are the exclusive property of Luminar Link. Unauthorized duplication or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Luminar Link builds and optimizes campaigns to capture high-intent search traffic and track verified lead activity, individual advertising results depend on market demand, local competition, pricing, and seasonality. Luminar Link shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform policy updates, algorithm changes, or third-party service outages.
